Russian company ready to provide job opportunities for labor migrants from Uzbekistan
Diplomats from Uzbekistan's Consulate General recently held discussions with representatives of "YugStroyInvest" LLC, a prominent construction company based in Russia's Rostov region.
The meeting was organized to support the implementation of Uzbekistan’s presidential decree “On Additional Measures to Regulate Labor Activities Abroad”. It aimed to enhance efforts in the labor migration sector and ensure Uzbek citizens have access to decent employment opportunities overseas.
During the discussions, the employer provided detailed insights into the company’s operations, working conditions for foreign employees, and salary packages. The company also shared its future development plans, highlighting its current need for 100 skilled workers.
Representatives of the Consulate General highlighted the labor migration reforms underway in Uzbekistan, as well as the benefits and incentives being extended to partner countries and Uzbek labor migrants.
The meeting concluded with an agreement to continue collaborative dialogue, focusing on the lawful and transparent recruitment of labor migrants.
