MP Kusherbayev’s mandate officially terminated
The Central Election Commission prematurely terminated the mandate of MP Rasul Kusherbayev.
The Central Election Commission considered the issue of early termination of the powers of Rasul Kusherbayev, deputy of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis. The members of the commission unanimously supported the decision on terminating his powers.
Earlier, Rasul Kusherbayev wrote on his Telegram channel that he wanted to step down as MP.
“I decided to end my career as a deputy. I can’t work like this. I’m sorry that I have to leave. Thank you to everyone who trusted and supported me!” said Kusherbayev.
The reason why Rasul Kusherbayev came to such a decision may be that the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber, Ulugbek Inoyatov, did not give him a turn to speak during the discussions of the budget project.
