At the meeting, the president outlined measures to employ the 92,000 graduates who are currently jobless and to create additional jobs.
It was noted that 20,000 graduates will be enrolled in master’s degree programs or second-specialty studies. Another 20,000 graduates can be placed in positions at nearly 10,000 enterprises that do not require prior work experience.
Each region will establish business incubators to employ 15,000–20,000 graduates through entrepreneurship start-ups, as well as marketing, design and IT services.
Opportunities were identified to employ 10,000 graduates with specializations in engineering, technology, operations, standardization, quality control, finance and economics in sectors such as chemicals, energy, geology, automotive manufacturing, metallurgy and pharmaceuticals.
In addition, 5,000–7,000 graduates can be provided with permanent jobs in local industries such as textiles, leather, electrical engineering, building materials and food production.
Officials were tasked with employing 6,000 graduates in transport, logistics, road construction, construction and public utilities, and placing 10,000 graduates in education, healthcare, social protection, culture, the arts and training centers.
Support will also be provided to 30,000 graduates to start their own businesses.
The president also addressed the issue of working with unorganized youth.
Of these, the employment of 115,000 young people is being addressed by ministries and regional and district leaders. Results have also been achieved through the mentorship of 52,000 at-risk youth by law enforcement officers.
At the same time, it was emphasized that systematic work must be done with the remaining 5,500 unemployed, 31,000 at-risk youth and 3,000 expelled students to help them find their path in life.
Officials, together with regional governors, neighborhood chairpersons, deputy governors and youth leaders, were instructed to train 9,000 unorganized and expelled young people in entrepreneurship, foreign languages and modern professions to ensure their employment.
They were also tasked with engaging 31,000 at-risk youth in vocational and language courses, sports competitions and military-patriotic activities.
