Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan discussed delimitation and demarcation of borders

Working groups of the Joint Uzbek-Turkmen Intergovernmental Commission on Delimitation and Demarcation of the State Border between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan held a meeting.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the meeting was held in Tashkent from 10 to 17 August 2018.
The delegations of the two countries reviewed the results of the joint field topographic and geodetic work carried out at some sections of the Uzbek-Turkmen State Border and an agreement was reached on their continuation. Following the talk, the Protocol was signed.
