President of the Islamic Development Bank arrived in Uzbekistan

President of the Islamic Development Bank Bandar Hajjar arrived in Uzbekistan on September 17, accompanied by delegations of the Islamic Development Bank Group and the Arab Coordination Group, to participate in a number of events.

Within the framework of Bandar Hajjar’s visit, a conference titled “IDB Group Day” and a roundtable with the participation of the Arab Coordination Group members will be held in Tashkent on Sept. 18-19.  From the Uzbek side, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Investments Sukhrob Holmuradov will take part in the events.

It should be reminded that in May last year, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Saudi Arabia, during which the head of our state met with President of the Islamic Development Bank Bandar Hajjar.
