Mike Tyson is a real estate owner in “Tashkent City”

Former absolute boxing world champion, Mike Tyson is announced one of the real estate owners in the new multi-apartment residential complex “Gardens Residence”, which is currently being built in the “Tashkent City” International Business Center.

Construction of the residential complex is expected to be completed by early 2020. Currently, the authorities, responsible for the realization of the project, are offering people to buy a living space in the same building where the fabled boxer became the owner of the property.

It is said that anyone willing to become Mike Tyson’s neighbor can contact the sales office of the company.

The “Tashkent City” International Business Center authorities report that “Gardens Residence” consists of premium class 9 houses, which will accommodate 1,138 apartments, ranging from 44 to 260 square meters. In the construction and designing of the complex, lots of famous enterprises, such as the British Bureau of Architects ARUP, the Turkish design company Özguven and the Singapore consulting company Maven, are involved. The company responsible for quality control of the construction works is “PMO Management & Consultancy Ltd”.
