Single call-center may appear in Uzbekistan
Tashkent city administration held negotiations with the Russian company “Gran Call Center” on the introduction of a single call center in the territory of Uzbekistan for all public services, including HOAs and appeals to the web portal of the khokim.
As the press service of the city administration informs, the call center will process all received information, classify it and conduct general analysis.
“Gran Call Center works all over the country in Russia and cooperates with the government and Moscow City Administration. In Uzbekistan we plan to create about two thousand new job places,” the company officials said.
