Turkey gifts 50 ambulances and 20 mobile office buses to Uzbekistan

On Sept. 23, the parliamentary delegation led by the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey Binali Yildirim arrived in Tashkent to hold talks with Nigmatilla Yuldoshev, Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis.

Today, on Sept. 24, the high-ranking guest attended an event, during which the Republic of Turkey presented 50 ambulances and 20 mobile office buses to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Alisher Shodmonov, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Ruslanbek Davletov, the Minister of Justice did also attend the event.

At the meeting, the Ex-PM and the current Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mr. Binali Yildirim stated that the two countries have long been associated with friendly and fraternal ties, common traditions, language and culture.

He also said that bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Turkey are consistently developing, and the tendency of positive growth is noticeable in all spheres.

“The Republic of Turkey is ready to provide any assistance to Uzbekistan,” Mr. Binali Yildirim said.

At the end of the event, the high-ranking guest handed over the symbolic key of the ambulances to the Minister of Health of Uzbekistan Alisher Shadmanov and the symbolic key of the mobile office buses to the Minister of Justice Ruslanbek Davletov.
