Uzbekistan to remove license for wholesale trade
Starting from Jan. 1, 2019, license for wholesale trade will be removed in Uzbekistan. Besides, highly marketable imported products and raw materials can be sold domestically without any restriction.
Citizens of Uzbekistan will be able to export goods for up to $ 5,000 outside the republic and online shops will have the right to send products without additional registration. Previously they had to fill customs declaration.
The mandatory prepayment in the form of 15% on all transactions between entrepreneurs and 100% prepayment for the export of fresh fruits and vegetables are also cancelled.
Furthermore, the order and accounting of production and sales of cars, vegetable oil, alcohol and tobacco products will be changed.
