Over 100 drivers in Uzbekistan face license revocation as penalty points pile up
A total of 107 drivers in Uzbekistan have accumulated 12 or more penalty points and now face the revocation of their driving licenses by court order, according to the Traffic Security Service.
Under the current regulations, motorists who exceed the maximum allowable limit of penalty points are stripped of their right to operate vehicles through a judicial decision.
To reinstate their driving privileges, these motorists will be required to complete a full course of theoretical and practical training at certified driving schools. Following the training, they must successfully pass a theoretical examination by correctly answering at least 46 out of 50 questions.
The Traffic Security Service reminded all citizens of the critical importance of strictly adhering to traffic rules to ensure safety on the roads.
