Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan discuss delimitation and demarcation of state borders
On Sept. 24-30, 2018, in Kyzyl-Kiya (Kyrgyzstan), negotiations were held between the working groups of the Governmental delegations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kyrgyz Republic on the delimitation and demarcation of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state border, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan reports.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the results of field surveys, and continued the description of the remaining parts of the joint border.
Following the negotiations, a joint protocol was signed.
As the Uzbek Ministry notes, the meeting was held in traditional spirit of friendship, good neighborliness and constructive dialogue.
