Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan discuss delimitation and demarcation of the State border

The regular meeting of the working groups of the joint Uzbek-Turkmen Intergovernmental Commission on the delimitation and demarcation of the state border between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan was held from October 24 to 30, 2018 in Nukus (Karakalpakstan).

During the meeting, the parties reviewed the results of joint field topographic and geodetic works at selected sections of the Uzbek-Turkmen State border, and also agreed on further joint field work.

The sides inked a protocol following the meeting.
