Uzbek woman in St. Petersburg tried to sell her child for $ 4,000
In St. Petersburg, a charge against a citizen of Uzbekistan born in 1990, who sold her child, was confirmed, the press service of the city prosecutor’s office reported.
It is established that the woman gave birth to a child on September 7, 2018. Due to material difficulties, she decided to sell her baby. This became known to law enforcement agencies.
At the front building of 12, Shipbuilders Street, the migrant woman handed the baby to the woman, acting as a buyer in the framework of the search operation. The amount of the “transaction” was 280 thousand rubles (more than $ 4 thousand). After that, the mother was detained.
The criminal case was sent to the court for consideration.
