Governmental decree: State-owned properties to be granted at "nil" purchase price for young entrepreneurs  

The government adopted a decree on measures to support entrepreneurship projects within the framework of the State Program "Youth - Our Future". 
 
According to the report of the Ministry of Justice’s telegram channel, the resolution approves the following regulations as well: 
 
- About procedure for the construction of the co-working center "Young Entrepreneurs", the complex "Youth labor camp" and organization of their activities in the framework of the State Program "Youth - Our Future" and within the conditions of public-private partnership; 
 
- About procedure for participation of the Fund "Youth - Our Future" at the Youth Union of Uzbekistan in entrepreneurship projects implemented within the framework of the above-mentioned State Program. 
 
According to the regulation approved by the decree, within the conditions of public-private partnership, private entrepreneurs, willing to construct (install) co-working centers or labor camps, shall appeal to town (city) administration  
 
Lands that are part of the public settlements will be allocated for the construction of co-working centers and labor camps. 
 
Moreover, the document stipulates the procedure for selling vacant state properties at “nil” value purchase for the construction of those facilities.
