According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, seven new small industrial zones (SIZ) will be created in Fergana region.
They will appear in Fergana itself, as well as in “Furkat”, “Kuva”, “Uzbekistan”, “Oltiarik”, “Yozyovon” and “Kushtepa” districts of the region on the basis of inactive production areas and land plots.
Real estate state property located on the territory of the SIZ is given to entrepreneurs under a long-term lease for the period of 10 years. If the business plan and other conditions are executed, the property will become the personal possession of the entrepreneur.
Minimum rates are established during the period of using real estate state property based on the type of activity. At the same time, increasing coefficients will not be applied.
Total area of all new small industrial zones will be 72.6 hectares, the area of buildings and structures –about 85,800 square meters.
