A unique military park opened in Karshi
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, within the framework of his visit to Kashkadarya region, went to see the park “Vatanparvarlar”, created in the city of Karshi.
This complex was reconstructed in the military-patriotic spirit in accordance with the instructions given by the head of state during a previous trip to the region.
In the center of the park there is a three-dimensional layout of the map of Uzbekistan. It depicts symbols, ancient monuments and the nature of each region.
All this will contribute to increasing the historical knowledge of young people, enhancing their feelings of pride in their ancestors and the national army.
An artificial lake, an amphitheater, a shooting range and climbing walls will serve as a meaningful leisure and health promotion for visitors.
The President got acquainted with the conditions created in the park, talked to members of the “Jasorat” groups of educational institutions.
“Such parks are a clear reflection of the history, spirituality and culture of our people. Now it is necessary to use them effectively, bring more children here and organize interactive lessons,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
He also noted that it is necessary to inform young people about the contribution of Uzbekistan to the victory in the Second World War, to tell them about compatriots who selflessly defended peace and tranquility in the country.
