The Uzbek Government adopted a decree on establishing the Foundation for Preschool Education Development. The channel "Legal Information" reported about it.
The Decree approved a Regulation on the Foundation for Preschool Education Development.
According to the Regulation, the procedure for the formation of the Foundation’s funds and their usage has been determined.
Thus, the funds of the Foundation will be used:
• to expand the network of preschool educational institutions in the designated list of construction works;
• to provide financial incentives for employees of preschool education;
• to involve highly qualified specialists, including foreign experts, as well as compatriots working abroad to work at the Ministry on the basis of civilian-legislative agreements;
• to introduce advanced pedagogy and information technologies into the educational process, as well as spend for other activities aimed at improving the ministry's performance.
The Foundation’s Board Council manages the Foundation's activities and decides on the distribution of its funds.
The Ministry's Department for financial-economic development planning is the Foundation's operational body.
Accounts and reports on the use of resources of the Foundation are separated from other non-budgetary funds of the Ministry.
Unused funds of the Foundation will be transferred to the next year and will not be withdrawn.
Supervision over the target use of the Foundation's funds is carried out by the main department of State Financial Control at the Ministry of Finance.
