Samarkand to host “Central Asia – India – Afghanistan” meeting in January 2019
On December 24, 2018, a telephone conversation took place between the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov and the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Salahuddin Rabbani, MFA reported.
The ministers exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations, the situation in the region, and the agenda of the upcoming multilateral talks between the foreign ministers on January 12-13, 2019 in Samarkand within the framework of the “Central Asia – India – Afghanistan” conference.
