A 27-storey residential tower will be built in the center of Tashkent, “RBK Nedvijimost” said citing the Moscow architectural bureau “Tochka dizayna” (Point of design), which developed the design of the building.
The facades of the building will be decorated with oriental ornament and figured elements of natural stone and the structure will be crowned with a ten-meter spire. It is planned to use natural stone and an array in the decoration of the interiors.
136-meter tower, to be known as “M Tower”, is going to be built by 2020 in Yakkasaroy district of the capital. The area of the building will be over 22,000 square meters. There will be private and public zones on the first floor, the second and third floors will be completely dedicated to commercial spaces: offices, shops, fitness center and spa.
Residential apartments to be allocated on floors 4-27. The complex will also have its own parking lot. There will be a restaurant, winter garden and garden for promenade on the roof.
