In Andijan region, “Pakhtaobod” district’s department of justice has been appealed by the employees of the district’s maternity hospital. Reportedly, healthcare workers have not yet been paid supplementing payouts since long time, the Regional Justice Department reported.
In the course of studying the complaint, it was identified that the Resolution 276 "On approval of the improved payment system for the labor of medical workers" of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21 December, 2005, which approves the Regulation "On the order and conditions of remuneration of healthcare and pharmaceutical workers of public institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan", was not followed accordingly. As a result, 26 doctors and midwives of the maternal hospital were not paid 58,167,176 sums of supplementing payouts.
In this regard, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the case to the Inter-district Court on Civil Cases in Izboskan district. At the mobile court hearing, held at the maternity department, the lawsuit was satisfied and the aforementioned fees were fully recovered.
