Drunk migrant, native of Uzbekistan, attempted to stop the operation of the St. Petersburg subway on the eve of the New Year

The incident occurred on December 31, 2018. A drunk migrant tried to stop the work of the St. Petersburg metro two hours prior to the festive celebrations, the AN “Operativnoe prikrytie” (Operative protection) reported.
The drunk passenger delayed the movement of trains on the “purple” metro line for ten minutes. The man lay on the rails of the station “Staraya derevnya” (Old village). Movement of trains was stopped for ten minutes.
Reportedly, the drunken passenger, 34, turned out to be a citizen of Uzbekistan. The migrant presented documents on temporary registration in St. Petersburg.
