The State Program “Year of Active Investments and Social Development” is presented for public discussion

The State Program “Year of Active Investments and Social Development” was presented for public discussion with a view to further improve and develop it by consulting with citizens.

The 2019 State Program will consist of 249 points and will be based on the suggestions of the President of Uzbekistan proclaimed during his address to the parliament on December 28, 2018 and the Strategy of Actions for the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan along five priority areas in 2017-2021.

Also, public discussions are expected to include roundtables, debates and open dialogues with the participation of citizens, international experts, relevant ministers and specialists, business circles and other civil society institutions.

As a result of all the views and suggestions received during the discussion, the State Program will be further improved.

The draft State Program “Year of Active Investments and Social Development” is open for public discussion until January 15, 2019.

It should be noted that the state programs “Year of Dialogue with the People and Human Interests” and “Year of Proactive Entrepreneurship, Innovative Ideas and Technologies” were also presented for public discussion.
