23-year-old Uzbek citizen dies of a brain injury in the Republic of Korea

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Korea, on January 2, 2019 in Yongnam, a citizen of Uzbekistan Sharofiddin Choriyev (born in 1995) died of a brain injury while working at the DHMC plant, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reported.

Sh. Choriev went to the Republic of Korea through the External Labor Migration Agency of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan. Currently, forensic medical examination is underway.

The Embassy of Uzbekistan rendered assistance in obtaining a death certificate for sending the body of the deceased to his homeland.
