French company “Gruau” plans to open a branch in Uzbekistan
In France, a meeting of the delegation of Jizzakh region with the vice-president for development of international business of the company “Gruau” Sylvain Sené took place.
During the meeting, the issues of organizing production on the modification of vehicles in the territory of Uzbekistan were discussed.
The vice-president of “Gruau” said that his company views Uzbekistan as a promising partner for establishing cooperation and noted the country's strategic location among Russia, India, China and Europe.
In accordance with a study conducted by the French company, Uzbekistan has all the necessary conditions for implementing a project on the “transformation” of vehicles.
In future, the company plans to expand cooperation with other local manufacturers of vehicles, as well as access to the Central Asian market.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on organizing a visit of the leadership of the company “Gruau” to Uzbekistan in the near future, in particular to the Jizzakh region to get acquainted in detail with the conditions and preferences created in the FEZ “Jizzakh” for the possible organization of a vehicle modification line.
