German company RIMC Hotels & Resorts proposes to build “Disneyland” in Tashkent
Khokim of the city of Tashkent Jakhongir Artikkhodjayev met with the managing director of the German company RIMC Hotels & Resorts Gert Prantner, the press service of the capital's khokimiyat reported.
“In the course of a meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation in the field of tourism. In particular, the foreign partner expressed interest in building modern hotel complexes of luxury and economy classes in the capital of Uzbekistan, as well as entertainment facilities such as Disneyland, trading-entertainment centers, hypermarkets and others,” the report says.
For the implementation of investment projects, the khokimiyat proposed several land plots suitable for both the territory and requirements of future structures.
The foreign company announced its readiness to consider proposals. Following the results of a detailed study, it will discuss the issues of cooperation.
For information, RIMC Hotels & Resorts has almost thirty years of history, headquartered in Hamburg. It is one of the leading international hotel operators in Europe. It also plans to build hotels in Samarkand.
