Uzbekistan plans to attract Chinese investment in “Safe City” projects in Samarkand and Bukhara
The Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications hosted a meeting with the delegation of VOLINCO Corporation, headed by its Vice-President Ms. Ten Chun Hue.

Deputy Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications B. Olmatov, welcoming the guests from China, noted the dynamic development of partnerships between our countries, the necessary conditions and opportunities created in Uzbekistan for doing business and developing business relations.
In particular, within the framework of creating a hardware and software complex “Safe City”, our country’s interest in the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation in this direction was noted.
In turn, Vice-President of VOLINCO Corporation, expressed the readiness of the corporation to strengthen and develop relations with the Uzbek side as part of the project to create the “Safe City” hardware-software complex.
During the conversation, the current state of relations and prospects for development of bilateral cooperation in the implementation of this project in the cities of Samarkand and Bukhara with the attraction of Chinese investments were discussed.
