Abdulla Aripov proposes appointing compatriots living abroad to executive positions in Uzbek government bodies
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed the decree “On priority measures to increase the responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers for effective implementation of strategic objectives of socio-economic development of the country”.
It is noted that the attention of the Deputy Prime Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan is focused on the selection of suitable, experienced, open-minded candidates for the position of leaders and deputy heads of respective ministries, agencies, state and economic management bodies.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mr. Aripov in cooperation with the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan will carry out the followings by March 1, 2019:
The PM develops, substantiates the candidates for the vacant position of the heads of relevant public administration bodies paying special attention to the recommendation of women to these posts, and submits to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for reviewing;
In addition, the PM introduces widely practicing the appointment of experienced managers for executive posts among compatriots living abroad and foreign experts.
