Tashkent State University of Law to open regional branches

Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree “On additional measures to improve the training system in the field of crime prevention and public safety”.
According to the document, the Ministry of Justice, together with relevant ministries and departments, was entrusted with submitting proposals on the formation of regional branches of Tashkent State University of Law before September 1 of this year, taking into account the need for local legal personnel.
In addition, the Ministry of Justice, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard under the assistance of the Tashkent khokimiyat, was entrusted to ensure the study of advanced foreign experience in the field of training and retraining of legal personnel for law enforcement agencies of the capital region, within two months, by organizing study visits to foreign training centers and educational institutions.
