Minimum wage rate of teachers to be increased by 1.5 times – Presidential decree

The minimum wage rate for educators of all types of public education institutions increased by 1.5 times. The corresponding decree was signed by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The document says that from March 1, 2019, the minimum wage rate of senior workers and educators of orphanages, kindergartens, and teachers of all types of public education institutions will be increased by 1.5 times.

In addition, from October 1, 2019, the amount of minimum tariff rates of executives and educators of orphanages, kindergartens and teachers of all types of public education institutions with higher education will be equated to the sizes of minimum tariffs of general education teachers. In this regard, the surcharge will be canceled for teachers of state specialized educational institutions with in-depth study of certain subjects.
