Uzbekistan to export mineral fertilizers, cotton and wheat seeds to the Kyrgyz Republic
On Feb. 12, the Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurbek Murashev visited Uzbekistan, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Tashkent reported.
Within the framework his visit, an agreement was reached between the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Industry and Melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic on Cooperation Program for 2019.

The Kyrgyz Minister was received by his Uzbek counterpart Jamshid Khodjayev, First Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sunatulla Bekenov and Deputy Chairman of Uzkimyosanoat JSC Bakhtiyor Babakulov.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the supply of Kyrgyz potatoes to Uzbekistan, mineral fertilizers, cotton and wheat seeds to the Kyrgyz Republic, the elimination of barriers to bilateral trade, as well as current issues of the cooperation.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Uzbekistan Ibrahim Dzhunusov.
