Business ombudsman is granted right to propose permanent registration of its employees in Tashkent 

The government of Uzbekistan provided an opportunity for the business ombudsman to apply for permanent residence permits for its workers in Tashkent and the Tashkent region. This was reported by the Ministry of Justice. 
 
“According to the governmental resolution, the Ombudsman Directorate under the President of Uzbekistan to protect the rights and legitimate interests of business entities is included in the list of state authorities, state and economic management bodies and other state organizations of republican significance, whose leaders can apply for permanent registration of workers in Tashkent and the Tashkent region” the report reads. 
 
It should be reminded that earlier, this list consisted of 78 organizations. 
 
The Business Ombudsman institution was introduced in the republic in 2017. By the decree of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Dilmurod Kasimov, who previously worked as the first deputy prosecutor of Samarkand region, was appointed to this post.
