Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan meets ethnic Kyrgyz people living in Parkent district
Ibrahim Junusov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan, visited school number 33 of Parkent district of the Tashkent region, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The head of the diplomatic mission was shown the gymnasium and met with the volleyball team of the school, which is in first place in the Tashkent region, took part in open lessons, and also spoke with the teaching staff of the school.

Within the framework of the visit, Ibrahim Junusov met with ethnic Kyrgyz people living in Parkent district in the school hall. During the meeting, the ambassador acquainted them with the opportunities for entering leading universities in Kyrgyzstan on a grant basis. The district khokim and the head of the regional educational institution did also take part in the meeting.
At the end of the talks, Junusov presented the school complete works of Chingiz Aitmatov and other memorable gifts. In turn, students demonstrated a theatrical excerpt from the work of Aitmatov's “Mother Earth”, as well as concert performances.
