Government approves a Regulation on the Ministry of Public Education
In accordance with a governmental decree, a Regulation on the Ministry of Public Education has been approved. It is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Public Education.
According to the Regulation, a number of retraining centers, camps, editing houses and orphan houses are included in the Ministry.
The main task of the Ministry is to implement a unified state policy aimed at raising the level of moral, intellectual and physical development of pupils in secondary school and extracurricular education.
The Directive defined tasks and functions, rights and obligations of the Ministry and its territorial departments and units.
The ministry is headed by a minister who will be appointed and released by the president at a proposal of the prime minister.
The Minister will have five Deputies, including one First Deputy.
Appointment and dismissal of the minister of public education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and heads of territorial subdivisions is carried out directly by the Minister without consent of state authorities.
Effectiveness and productivity of the ministerial activities are regularly evaluated.
