Pilot project on online cash registers to be launched in Tashkent
A government resolution on measures to implement an experimental project on the use of online cash registers in Tashkent has been adopted.
According to the resolution, a pilot project on online cash registers (OCR) will be launched in the capital, telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice informed.
Within the framework of this project, it is planned to use an automated control system for receipts through cash registers, which will provide tax authorities with online info on time and place of sales.
In this experience, business and service providers can opt for voluntary fiscal modules (a cryptographic protection device for fiscal data without using power of the connected device) after registering them.
The fiscal module will be provided with the necessary software and technical resources, at the same time, it will protect personal information of entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs apply to the state tax authority through their personal cabinet to register the fiscal module.
Tax authorities send a notice of fiscal registration during one business day.
An entrepreneur takes the fiscal module free of charge within five business days.
