Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan discuss demarcation of the state border
On February 17-22, 2019, the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan held talks on the demarcation of the Uzbek-Kazakh State border in Almaty, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said.
During the meeting, the parties continued to prepare final documents on the demarcation of the interstate border.
The talks were held in the atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding traditional for the two countries.
Following the meeting, the relevant protocol was signed.
It should be reminded that earlier from January 27 to February 1, 2019, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan held talks in the city of Tashkent on border issues.
