Migration Agency urges citizens of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan to exercise caution and avoid traveling in cold weather
The Migration Agency of Uzbekistan has issued a warning for compatriots currently residing or traveling in Kazakhstan, advising them to prepare for adverse weather conditions expected in the coming weeks.
With a significant temperature drop anticipated, the agency emphasized the importance of following all safety measures on the road and recommended against long-distance travel unless absolutely necessary.
The advisory highlights the potential hazards on Kazakhstan’s roads due to expected weather changes, including dense fog, heavy rainfall, and icy conditions. These factors are likely to create dangerous driving conditions, particularly on major highways across the country.
“In light of these warnings, we urge our compatriots in Kazakhstan to adhere strictly to road safety protocols, utilize only reliable and safe vehicles, and avoid long-distance travel if possible,” the agency’s statement reads.
