First deputy governor of Namangan region on the issues of economy and entrepreneurship has been appointed.
According to the regional press service, by the resolution No.144 of the khokim of Namangan region dated February 26, 2019, Ayubkhon Kamalov has been appointed the first deputy khokim of the region on the issues of economy and entrepreneurship.
He replaced in this post Alisher Fayzullaev, who has been working since August 2017.
Ayubkhon Kamalov, born in 1971 in Namangan, graduated from the Leningrad Agricultural Institute in 1993 and Namangan Engineering-Pedagogical Institute in 2001.
Previously, he was the Deputy Chief of the Investment Department at the Ministry of Finance in 2017 and Executive Director of the State Fund for Supporting Business Development under the Cabinet of Ministers in 2017-2019.
