It is reported that according to the court decision, citizen D.M. had to return 306 million soums to Kapitalbank JSCB, received as a loan and due interest.
The court ordered the money to be returned to the bank within a certain time, but D.M. ignored this requirement. In this regard, a decision was made to enforce the court decision. In particular, a KIA car with license plate “777” belonging to the debtor was sent to the impound lot.
If D.M. does not repay his debt to the bank, the KIA car will be put up for sale.
