SSS officers prevent illegal importing of goods worth around 1bn soums
Muzaffar Dadaboyev, citizen of Uzbekistan, attempted to illegally transport large quantities of goods, whose total value exceeds 968 million soums, from Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan across a border segment located in the Uychi district, the State Customs Committee reports.
During inspections, it was found out that Muzaffar Dadaboyev tried to smuggle a refrigerator, an electric heater, vacuum cleaners, TVs, fabrics, energy drinks, slimming capsules, as well as 352 mobile phones and 300 kilograms of Iranian pistachios into our country in his vehicle.
Currently, investigative actions are being conducted on the case by the SSS officers of the Namangan region.
