Karimova’s case: What did she spend her funds earned through criminal proceedings?
In Uzbekistan, the topic of Gulnara Karimova is still on the focus of attention. The Prosecutor General's Office has reported that the sentence imposed on her has been replaced with imprisonment.
Reportedly, G. Karimova has regularly violated the restrictions set by the court and did not fulfill her obligations. She deliberately broke the procedure and terms of serving the penalty, regularly used communications facilities, including the Internet, as well as actively resisted reimbursing the damage caused by her.
In the summer of 2017, the Uzbek prosecutor-general's office reported on Gulnara Karimova's case. She was found guilty of committing a series of financial offenses in August 2015, during the first president Islam Karimov time and was sentenced to imprisonment.
Recently, Gulnara Karimova's son and daughter have made several statements. A question arises: Why do they live in London and answer with a bombastic statement on the situation related to their mother in Uzbekistan? It's high time to come to Uzbekistan and get to know the real situation.
It is clear that in Uzbekistan, there are hundreds of companies and thousands of people who have been robbed by Gulnara Karimova and cannot get their funds back. They live with patience and hope for justice.
