A resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for further development of horticulture and greenhouse farming in the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted. UzA reports about it.
This decree envisages introduction of effective mechanisms for improving management system and state support in the horticultural and greenhouse farms. Also, in order to expand volumes of high-quality, competitive and export-oriented products based on modern resource-saving technologies, an Agency for development of horticulture and greenhouse farming with participation of the limited number of managerial staff consisting of 29 units at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be established.
