Government of Uzbekistan plans to reduce unemployment rate in 8 regions of the country by the end of 2019
The government of Uzbekistan plans to significantly reduce the unemployment rate by the end of 2019 in the Andijan, Jizzakh, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khorezm, Syrdarya, Namangan and Fergana regions.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the presidential decree envisages creating 370,000 new job places in the country this year.
The document also provides for the attraction of 182 thousand people for seasonal and temporary work.
According to the ministry, in addition, within the framework of the state order, it is planned to create more than 64,000 vacancies, and for those who need social protection and who find it difficult to get employed - over 46,000.
