Uzbekistan, India Olympic teams to meet at Pakhtakor stadium
Olympic team of Uzbekistan will play against India as part of the U-23 Asian Championship qualifying round. It is reported by the press service of the National Olympic Committee.
The game will be held in Tashkent at Pakhtakor stadium.
From March 22 to 26, qualifying rounds of Group F of the Asian Championship U-23 will be held in the Uzbek capital, in which teams from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and India will play.
The Championship itself will be held from January 8 to 26, 2020 in Thailand. The teams that win the medals of the tournament will receive direct tickets to the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.
It is noteworthy that the previous Championship was won by the Olympic team of Uzbekistan in 2018 in China.
