How much one should earn to buy an apartment in the capitals of Central Asia?

Kaktakto correspondents have calculated how much the average resident of the capitals of Central Asia should earn in order to buy a two-room apartment in a mortgage in his hometown.
To do this, they took into account the average cost of an apartment, subtracted the amount of the down payment from it and calculated how much a person should pay per month, according to bank agreements.
“We take into account that under the terms of the loan, no more than 50% of the monthly income should go to pay the mortgage,” reporters noted.
Bishkek
The average cost of a two-room apartment is $38,250. The amount of the down payment - 30% of the apartment value. Monthly interest rate - 13.7%, issue period - 6.5 years.
In a month, the payment will amount to $501.
Monthly salary should be $1,002.
Dushanbe
The average cost of a two-room apartment is $28,170. The amount of the down payment - 30% of the apartment value. Monthly interest rate - 20%, term of issue - 5.2 years.
In a month, the payment will amount to $514.
Monthly salary should be $1,028.
Nur-Sultan
The average cost of a two-room apartment is $39,150. The amount of the initial payment - 20% of the apartment value. Monthly interest rate - 14.5%, issue period - 13.5 years.
In a month, the payment will amount to $442.
Monthly salary should be $984.
Tashkent
The average cost of a two-room apartment is $27,675. The amount of the initial payment - 10% of the apartment value.
During the first 5 years, there is a preferential interest rate - 7%, then 16%. Issue term - 20 years. The amount of payments was calculated not by the preferential, but by the basic percentage.
In a month, the payment will amount to $347.
Monthly salary should be $694.
