Agency for State Services may be given a number of rights from August 1

On the portal of discussion of draft normative-legal acts, a draft resolution of the President “On measures to simplify the liquidation of business entities” was posted.

According to the document, the Regulation “On measures to voluntarily liquidate business entities and terminate their activities” can be approved.

Special committees under the khokimiyats of districts and cities dealing with liquidation of business entities that have failed to carry out financial-economic activity will be closed.

The Agency for State Services under the Ministry of Justice can be granted the following rights starting from August 1, 2019:

transferring the activity of economic subjects – who did not carry out the financial-economic activities during one year, and did not start voluntary liquidation and did not have any debt, to the mandatory suspension mode for three years;

filing a lawsuit to the judicial bodies on declaration of bankruptcy of economic subjects, who did not perform their financial-economic activities within one year and who was a debtor;

in accordance with the Civil Code, removal of economic subjects that were subject to mandatory suspension from the State Register after the expiration of a three-year term.
