“In most cases, violations were committed by the cadastre, construction agencies, administrations and utility organizations” – Agency for State Services 

At the initiative of the head of state, the Agency of State Service (ASS) has been created with the aim of facilitating the burden of the population and entrepreneurs, providing state services through saving their time and money.

According to the ASS, more than 100 state services are currently being provided effectively through local Agencies of State Service.

It is noted that this system is a novelty for the population and public service providers. Time requisition for adapting to it is an obstacle to provide timely and quality state services by competent authorities.

The results of analysis show that in most cases, violations have been committed by the cadastre, construction agencies, administrations and economic organizations.

In order to get rid of these situations and prevent the recurrence of such circumstances, the Agency is using appropriate legal measures.

As a result of the measures taken over the past period of the year, 1,204 personnel were disciplined and 204 were brought to administrative responsibility.

Consequently, most of the competent authorities, who are responsible for addressing citizens' complaints, are providing timely and quality state services.

Nevertheless, there are also staff members who have repeatedly violated the procedures set out in the provision of state services.

Over the past period, 177 executives have been brought to administrative responsibility for two or three times as they have repeatedly violated delivering state services.
