Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement collects over $10 million from JSC Uzbekenergo
According to the Mirzo-Ulugbek inter-district economic court ruling #4-1001-18-14/2519 of December 14, 2018, debtor JSC Uzbekenergo was enforced to pay $10,205,519 in favor of the JSCB Uzsanoatqurilishbank.
In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies”, the decision on compulsory enforcement of the court ruling was taken on January 17, 2019.
The debtor organization was granted an optional 10-day deadline for execution of obligations, but the debtor did not fulfill the requirements set out in the executive document.
On February 6, 2019, the Bureau of Compulsory Execution made a decision on transfer of the debtor Uzbekenergo's funds in soum to the relevant branch of the bank for execution.
Thus, on April 26, 2019, the debtor JSC Uzbekenergo was charged in total $10.088.909.54 (85.251.965.500 billion soums) as a result of compulsory enforcement actions.
