Former administrative building of Uzbekenergo to be put up for sale
The State Assets Management Agency will put up for sale the former administrative building of JSC Uzbekenergo.

The starting price of the integrated building, which is located on Istiklol Street, 6, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Tashkent, is 85 billion soums.
“The investment commitment includes the construction of a modern hotel with at least 200 seats, a shopping center and an entertainment facility that reflects the best examples of urban planning, modern building standards and architectural solutions used in large cities” the agency’s report reads.
It is allowed to build new buildings here in the prescribed manner by demolishing the existing ones. The tender’s winner must agree on the exterior design and construction project with the Ministry of Construction.
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted through the electronic online auction platform “E-IJRO AUKSION”. The participant must make a deposit of at least 5% of the purchase price of the facility to a special account of the SUE “Center for the organization of electronic online auctions”.
