Energy Minister, khokim of Namangan region celebrate newly extracted oil from Mingbulak in a traditional way 

A video went viral on social networks where the Energy Minister Alisher Sultanov and khokim of the Namangan region Khayrullo Bozorov daubed their faces with the first oil produced in Mingbulak.

The video footage shows how the Energy Minister Alisher Sultanov and khokim of the Namangan region Khayrullo Bozorov smeared their faces with the first oil produced in Mingbulak.

It should be recalled that earlier, in Uzbekistan, while testing in the course of an investment project to develop the Mingbulak oil field in Namangan region, the first oil was produced.

This project is one of the largest in the field of energy cooperation between Uzbekistan and the PRC. It is carried out within the framework of the “One belt - one road” initiative.
