Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan discuss delimitation of the State border
On May 13-16, 2019, a regular meeting between the working groups of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz intergovernmental commission on delimitation of the State border was held in Bishkek.
During the negotiations, proposals on description of the remaining sections of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz State border were discussed.
At the meeting, an agreement was reached on conducting joint field surveys of individual sections of the interstate border.
Following the talks, the leaders of the working groups Tulkin Abdullayev and Kanybek Botobaev signed a relevant Protocol.
The next meeting will be held on the territory of Uzbekistan.
